Saturday's programme of the 14th round of the top German football competition will be closed by the derby der Klassiker when home side Dortmund will welcome visitors from Munich to their stadium.

Despite a number of injuries during the season, home side Dortmund are still at the top of the table and are only one point behind second-placed Bayern Dortmund. Norwegian sharpshooter Erling Haaland will help Dortmund in this match as he has returned from injury and although his return was not expected until the second half of the season, he is ready to start this match. Haaland already played a few minutes in the last game, when Dortmund travelled to Wolfsburg and scored a 1:3 win, with the Norwegian striker scoring the last third goal after eight minutes on the pitch. If Haaland could score in this derby and lead his team to victory, Dortmund would be well on their way to ending the nine-year reign of the Bavarians, and the Bundesliga winner's trophy could finally go somewhere other than Munich. Bayern struggled for form at the start of the season, but Julian Nagelsmann's charges have found it over the course of the season, and thanks to that they are top of the German Bundesliga table with 31 points. Although Bayern is still first its form in recent games is not what we have become accustomed to over the last few years. In the last match, when Bayern hosted Bielefield at their stadium, Bayern only managed to win 1-0, after a great shot from outside the box by Sane. At their best Bayern would have gifted Bielefield a 5-0 win, but die Rotten have not put in such a dominant performance for a long time. Evidence of their declining form was the 2-1 loss at Augsburg.
