Fiorentina have been one of the pleasant surprises of this year's Italian league so far. Although the Violets entered the season with a defeat at the ground of AS Roma, they then started a series of 2-1 wins. SSC have just a point from two matches in this competition, but there is no doubt that Spalletti's team's priority is Serie A.
